Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase firearms or ammunition where legally applicable, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or receivers/frames. You must also comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing firearm ownership and use.
Compliance With Firearm Laws
Pewtah Arms complies with all Federal Firearms License (FFL) regulations. Firearms will only be shipped to a verified FFL dealer. You are responsible for ensuring that you can legally possess and receive a firearm in your state or locality.
We do not ship firearms or ammunition to any jurisdiction where such shipment is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws.
Order Process
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of incorrect pricing due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
Firearms Transfers
You must complete a background check and any required paperwork at the time of transfer. If you fail the background check or are otherwise unable to take possession of the firearm, you may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
Warranty
Pewtah Arms does not manufacture firearms or ammunition. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in processing warranty claims as needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pewtah Arms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, arising from your use or purchase of our products or services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pewtah Arms, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
